Should we move away from the standard terror radius sizes?
For most of the games lifespan, there has been a consistent rule with the terror radius. The size has been linked, with a few exceptions like Huntress or Nurse, to the killer's movement speed. 115% killer's get 32 meters while 110% get 24 meters. However, recently they have ignored this rule. Deathslinger got his terror radius changed to 32 meters, Sadako got hers changed to 24 meters and Wesker has the first 40 meters terror radius in the game (if you don't count Huntress).
So this has made me wonder, should the killers be given new terror radius sizes based on their power and not their movement speed?
First, the stealth killers (Pig, Wraith, Ghostface) could be given the 24 meter terror radius to better complement their powers.
110% killers with fast or ranged powers (Spirit, Trickster) could be given the 32 meter terror radius to give survivors more warning against these killers.
Finally, I have two candidates for the 40 meter terror radius; Nurse, who can travel through walls and floors in seconds, so the bigger radius can give more counterclaim against her, as well as Doctor, whose power revolves around the terror radius, giving him a bit of a buff.
Do you think the older killers should have their terror radius changed to better match their powers, and are there any killers I didn't mention that could use a change?

That might be an interesting idea but maybe a bit confusing to new people?

Terror Radius being diffrent sizes is confusing to new players?

Well, yeah... people like standards because it's easier to get the hang of it. BHVR standarized TR precisely for that reason... consistency and balance too.

Most of the game elements are confusing to new players.
Honestly I kind of feel like killers should be able to toggle a +/- 8m change to their terror radius as base kit.

It's clear balance wise they want to go away from that, atleast recently.

While the standard rule is fine for most killers, I don’t think it’s a bad idea for it to be different for certain characters if it makes sense with their power.
Fwiw, I do not think they should be kept consistent just for the sake of consistency and helping out newer players. There are far more complicated things they have to learn.
