When a survivor is hooked, what statuses do they lose?

I have been doing some thinking about Sloppy Butcher and could not recall whether or not the Hemorrhage/Mangled statuses linger after being hooked for not and was curious. Sloppy Butcher is not a perk I often face as a survivor so I can't exactly hop into a match and find out.

Only exhaustion
All other status effects have their timers tick down or stay as they are permanent debuffs. Sloppy for example is a permanent debuff that goes away once you are healthy again
