new killer
So you want to give the new killer 2 dashes which have a really short cdr, yet nerf dead hard where it is nearly impossible to hit it at the perfect moment. I sometimes even wonder if it is even working half the time because I definitely press the dh button right before they hit and still it doesn't work.
You need to at least give survivors the instant proc animation or give us at least a full 1 or 2 seconds for the endurance effect. At the given moment, it is super hard for the average player to juke a nurse. You nerfed a lot of insurance perks for the survivors and I think that was just not fair.
Survivors are now demanded to play perfect games whereas killers can screw up and resort to camping to get people down. Killers have recourse for bad plays, but survivors do not.
You think you fixed the camping problem? You did not fix anything. The camping issue was never really about the hooked survivor going down immediately after being unhooked. It was about the killer getting too much value from hitting survivors that go for the rescue.

how did you manage to make a post about the new killer about dead hard.
the perk is dead, accept it, let it go

New dead hard is nearly impossible to time right, yet I, a very mediocre survivor manages it with pretty good consistency.

Maybe because I want to call attention to the idea of balance, but I guess your reading comprehension is not very good so I have to explain every angle for you to understand the whole picture. Seeing how you ask a question with a period, I am not really surprised. So to answer your statement...I just did and you read it...that's how.
Thanks for stating the obvious.
Anyways, let's talk about the killer and how much of bad design it is. What kind of killer chokes their prey just to fling them across the map? Simply stupid.
