We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Meg stuck when spawned into black water swamp - Xbox

Spawned into black water swamp in one of the corners where there is a large log lying parallel at the start of the game and my survivor Meg couldn’t move. I could spin and crouch and that was it. The only way I was freed was when the killer hit me down and then carried me to a hook.
