Buff for Killler, kicking Completed gens and taking it back!

Killer Main talking, I am concern about the current meta of the game, in which Healing and Medkits (Boon: CoH especially), the imbalance ot maps favoring Survivors more often, and current the strength in which most killer without any decent slowdown/regression perks are forced to play bit toxic and resort to killing Survivors efficiency by simply staying put near hook Survivors and tunnel the poor Survivor even with or without anti camping/Tunneling perks to try to even the playing field, with the Survivors' number advantage. The 4v1 Survivors can be quite tough if all the Survivors can coordinate with or without microphone, in spreading out and knocking out most gens; even lasting long with chase to keep the killer at bay. Of course, I also do not believe new perks would easy solve the issue of camping and tunnelling; so I propose a interesting buff change to help killer have less incentive to camp and go for more hooks for bigger reward.

My Proposal is why not at one significant buff to basekit killer, in which the killer after going the ability to hook one unique Survivor, for a maximum of 4 token total; they gain the ability to use a token to "Take back" a completely Generator on the Survivors side. It can be a long 5 to even 10 second animation of the killer really damage and sabotaging the Generator, which result in the Generator taking alot of regression by up to 50% or even reverting to 0 if necessary. Obviously, the mechanic will even work Endgame, if the exit gates haven't been opened yet; which can massive slow down the Survivors teams up and buy you valuable time in committing to multiple chase and ensure you have at least hook everyone at once. Amazing killer players whom can do this, will get maximum value and reward while bad killer will not be able to gain enough reward if they camp too much and not bother chasing everyone and hooking them at least once.

Just curious on your thoughts, OP, Amazing idea, or pathetic or terrible. I think it would be a solid buff, if killer camping and tunnelling can be effectively fixed and discouraged.

    this is a terrible idea

this makes obnoxious 3 gens harder to do

this forces survivors to do 6 gens instead of 5

this game needs to balance maps, not make the most boring thing this game has to offer (holding m1 for 90 seconds) more common.

some maps are so heavily survivor sided, it is not even funny (haddonfield rework was such a failure, garden of absolute misery exists and the new RPD has a "loop" that runs around half the map and has no counterplay unless you play against top tier killers)

if these issues got addressed finally, we wouldnt need weird and wacky fixes that "fix" the issues

gens are done too quick? maybe it s not actually gens being done quick, maybe chases actually take too long; maybe the map is too large for you to effectively traverse the map and pressure gens; maybe survivors all spawned in different corners allowing them to do 4 gens within 90 seconds

this change would just overcomplicate the game. More mechanics means more things that need to be balanced, and judging from how things went in the past, dont count on the devs making quick balance changes to adjust problems. This would probably be incredibly broken, remain incredibly broken for months, be changed and still be broken, be changed and now it is extremely bugged but when it works it is broken and then get changed and now it is underpowered or balanced.

I actually like this idea, as a perk.

Once per game the killer could take back a completed generator. The killer has to complete a kick that takes 5.4 seconds and has a unique global alert sound for survivors and the gen count rises by 1. The generator loses 33% of it's progress and regresses at 200% until it is touched by a survivor.

This perk could not be used if the gates are powered.

Mhm. I'd rather improve regression itself. Or undo stupid changes like "turns the bar red"-thana.

Survivors cant bring back dead survs, ergo killers shouldnt revive killed gens.

Like killers still need help after 6.1.0? OMG. I can't believe my eyes...

Honestly this would be insanely horrid to verse from a survivor POV. I could imagine it now. After a long match against the a killer with a 3 gen they just decide to take back their gen and we have ANOTHER one to do? No thank you. I'm happy with it being 5 gens we need to complete only.

I could see this idea being used for a perk.

For example: when the final gen is repaired, a random repaired gen will be reduced by 30/40/50% depending on if there are 2/3/4 survivors remaining in the trial.

That doesn't seem too strong to me. Kinda like Deadlock/Merciless but built for a pseudo-endgame scenario, with the potential to disrupt a survivor sided 3-gen set up.

Implement this and watch the game hemorrhage players.

This is wildly unbalanced without even taking into consideration other perks, powers, and addons and offerings that can stack and synergize with it to make it even more unbalanced.

I wonder what your reaction would be if someone suggested some way to revert hookstate or ressurect survivor. That's your answer.

Killer main here. That would be very difficult to balance. Maybe limited to one gen only, but still, can't say I'm a fan of the idea. Survivors finishing a gen is supposed to be a secured objective.

As a perk and once per trial, or an absurd activation condition
