Any Platform - Potential Permanent Exposed Bug

In this match I was able to instantly down a survivor even though the survivor was in the healthy state and none of my perks that caused the exposed status effect were active. The only survivor that seemed to be bugged was this Mikaela as I was not able to immediately down other survivors. Attached are two clips of this happening and the perks Mikaela was running.
Exact steps to recreate this bug are unknown, however the Mikaela in the video did two things before she seemed to be permanently exposed
- She blessed my Retribution totem
- She then cleansed my Haunted Grounds later in the game
Due to the player in question playing on a different platform I was unable to get their side of what happened.
