Suggestion: Make Territorial Imperative a sacrifice point perk

Pretty much the title, i'd like to see some form of a sacrifice point perk added to the game now that BBQ no longer has the bonus and that it's the hardest catagory to max as killer

So my proposed change is to make hooking in basement while this perk is equipped give you 100% additional points in the sacrifice catagory, like how distressing gives you 100% in the deviousness catagory

Personally i love this idea as it rewards going for the basement hooks more and increases the usage for a normally unused perk
