The dev update looks great! But you forgot something...
Just got done reading the dev update and it looks amazing! All of the changes are fantastic and I'm really excited to check out Wesker. But BHVR, I think you forgot something. Hyperfocus, Stakeout, and a Toolbox allow a gen to be completed solo in 40 seconds on the PTB. This is way over tuned and needs to be addressed before go live.

devs are happy with instant gens. they never nerfed toolboxes, bnps, or prove thyself. they definitely saw 40 second gens from the ptb, but decided it was balanced since 90% of the forums are crying survivors who dont have an ounce of empathy for the other side

That is a whole perk buld dedicated to do gens in the killer's TR (for Stake Out). So no SB, no UB, no Adre, OTR or other meta stuff. Yes it is a bit easier against Wesker because of his 40m TR but many killers have 32 or 24m which makes it a lot less effective. I might even play Ninja Wesker (DD, M&A/Tinkerer, ToT, Plaything) in the beginning just to deny people his TR.
In this case I want to wait how it plays out. Maybe it's time for Franklin's again....

You can still bring OTR and an exhaustion, and the stake out tokens do not go away to my knowledge. So you only need to be in the killers TR, then leave and your 4 stacks stay. Being able to solo a gen in 40 seconds for the cost of 2 perk slots and an item slot is completely absurd.

They also forgot that the new spinechill makes it impossible for stealth killers to ever sneak up on you. A 36 meter guaranteed head start run away (no need for terror radius and no need for them to be looking at you). Pig, Myers, and Ghost Face become a non threat entirely. Spinechill needs to not pick up on undetectable. Atm, if anyone is running it, by the time you sneak up, everyone is long gone.
