We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Unable to join friends

i am on PC
my friend is on Xbox series X
we are unable to join each other’s lobbies. We get an error every time after a brief delay and then are reverted back to the main menu screen. This happens each time we manually try to join each other’s lobby. My game invites are also not going through and popping up on my friend’s screen

It is the next day and I am having this issue again. After a short period of time, it brings one of us back to the Home Screen and says “an unknown error has occurred”.
