Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Onryo able to FACECAMP (physically block the entire unhook area)

I don't know what they were doing but they were able to block the entire unhook area and were basically in the same spot as the hooked survivor. This was supposed to be removed from the game completely.
