Question about Legion’s Fuming Mixtape

Legion’s “Fuming Mixtape” addon regresses generators when they are not being worked on while the Legion is using their frenzy. I’m assuming that this regression is the normal regression (if I’m wrong about that please let me know).
However, my real question is, does this addon stack with other regression perks? For example, can I stack this with Hex: Ruin to get %200 regression? Or with Call of Brine after kicking a gen?
I do hope that this works because I feel it would open up some fun builds! Thanks!

It’s supposed to stack, however the addon has been bugged in the past and I’m not sure if it was fixed yet or not.
