Please buff 'Better than new' to include more interactions

Rebecca's 'Better than new' was reworked to have higher numbers at the cost of making it not affect generators. I'm okay with this idea, however right now the things the perk does speed up is too little to be impactful in any significant way.
Please consider adding the following interactions to the 16% increase:
- Sabotaging
- Unhooking
- Exit gate opening
Adding these interactions would put the perk more in line with the other stat increasing perks, such as Leader, Spinechill, Resillience etc.
