PC: Reactive Healing provides zero progress [BUG]

REACTIVE HEALING DOES NOTHING

How to encounter this bug:

Step 1 : Be in a trial with Reactive Healing (tier 2, not sure about other tiers yet) equipped

Step 2 : Be injured without broken or hemorrhage

Step 3 : Have a teammate lose a health state within 32 meters (confirmed because the killer lights up when using Inner Focus)

Step 4 : Check healing progress with a medkit; no progress has been added and the perk has done nothing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • I played as Ada Wong
  • This happened both on Coldwind and Backwater
  • I have heard it sometimes works for some people, but I have never gotten it to work, so for me it's 100% reproducable
  • I'm on PC
  • I have been against Wesker every time
  • I was also using Dead Hard, Inner Focus, and Self-Preservation (Inner Focus has the same activation condition as Reactive Healing and while it would activate, RH would not)

  • https://streamable.com/9fccug - In this one, you can see Inner Focus activated so RH should've too but no progress was granted. The player lost a health state my a special attack.

    Yeah i've been trying to make the perk work for about 20 games and it probably worked like 4 times, it doesn't matter if the killer does a basic or special attack i usually don't get anything.

    It's such a fun concept of a perk and it would be amazing if it works :(
