The translation is incorrect, "Na próxima partida" means "in the next match" (Does not contain in the original text and it makes no sense).
And i think the translation is weird and I would suggest this:
yellow: Concede a habilidade de matar com as próprias mãos o último sobrevivente restante da partida no estado morrendo.
green: Concede a habilidade de matar com as próprias mãos apenas 1 sobrevivente no estado morrendo que tenha 2 estágios de ganchos.
red: Concede a habilidade de matar com as próprias mãos todos os sobrevivente no estado morrendo que tenham 2 estágios de ganchos.
