Too short cooldown after Wesker's successful attack

Part of the time he's throwing you away from all structures and you cant simply reach anything. In other case got dmg from his ability near shack, at the wall and couldn't even reach window or pallet, cuz he got he's power back right away and 1 charge was more than enough. Or maybe it's slow survivor's recover after the slam. Either way it feels really off.

What do you mean? His cooldown is actually longer than any other killer's special attack in the game and its ridiculously easy to dodge and I have been in this situation you are explaining I could make it to shack pallet before he could get to charge his power I think I could have even vault the window since his power charge is slow
