Entity Stuck On Generator

Description of the Issue: After the killer used Scourge Pain and Dead Man Switch the entity blocks the gen, but it seems the entity got stuck on the generator in MacMillan.
Steps to reproduce: Run Scourge of Pain and Dead Man Switch.
How often: Just happened.
