How did Nemesis not get "Classic Skin"??

We got, what, 10~ new Resident Evil-related cosmetics to purchase?

I'm definitely NOT trying to turn this into a Survivor vs Killer thing, and look, I get it. There are more survivor players than killers. Therefor it makes sense from a financial standpoint to release more Survivor skins. We got 2 Killer RE-related cosmetics; 1 for Wesker (just released) and 1 for Legion (a DBD original killer).

But I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that Nemesis is AT LEAST in the top 3 best-selling DLC Killers. How does it make any sense to deny us the oft requested Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (PS1) skin for DBD Nemesis?

Clearly BHVR wisely recognizes the appeal of classic skins; in this patch they delivered 2 for Jill (if you don't consider RE5 / Sheva "classic" at this point then you're probably getting old, just like me), 1 for Fang, 1 for Wesker, as well as a full release of an RE character that hasn't starred in a game in 20 years~.

So can BHVR PLEASE throw Nemmy a bone here? Trenchcoat, new face model, covered arms. No garbage bag suit. I'm sure many of us will gladly shove the $15~ through our monitor. Let's make it happen, yeah?

One look at Over the Hill Valentine's "OG" outfit has me thinking I am fine with never seeing a classic Nemesis. I am becoming Dark Tyrant. I can live without it, fam... Trash bag lingerie is fine, I guess.

I was disappointed with the cosmetics in that we didn't get OG Nemesis and we didn't get a more RE1 Remaster-looking RE1 Jill, although Capcom's redesign of her in RE3 Remake is probably the biggest factor in that. In sum, I wanted these:
