flickering character portrait backgrounds

1.Prestige characters enough so that they have red animated backgrounds
2.Play a match, as either survivor or killer
3.You will notice that the red backgrounds are flickering like they had paused during the time of the match and now they are trying to catch up to some timer. Eventually if you wait enough (about 5 minutes) the animation will return to the normal speed.
4.The same is true specifically for killers when you press "ready" the words "searching for match" are flickering in the same way.
5.Please fix it, it causes me headaches.

as someone photosensitive this bug is very..annoying to say the least. there are lots of bugged extreme flickering with tons of lights on haddonfield,springwood and lery's as well.
