Wesker can't dash trough pallets on stairs of RPD map since PTB

Hi

The bug reported in the link down below has not been resolved and does not appear in the known issues, but it's important to fix it since some players can exploit it to obtain a competitive advantage.

    Ive also noticed these issues with Wesker. Freezing in animation + wheres the wall???

    I couldnt break that pallet coming from downstairs to the up with Blight lethal rush. I think its more that specific pallet interaction from one direction than just wesker power bug
