Unhooking Glitch
I came across a weird occurrence when I was unhooking myself. I play on PC and I’m not sure if this is a common issue or not, but often times when I’m in solo queue, nobody comes to save me so I attempt to unhook myself right before I go to second stage. Most times, the attempt fails, however this time it succeeded and I unhooked myself. While the game did recognise the unhook, it also showed that I had gone to the second hook stage, and upon being hooked again, I was sacrificed. The animation was the same as when the last survivor gets sacrificed while only having been hooked once before.

So, this actually isn't a bug. Unhooking yourself takes whatever amount of seconds, so if you start the unhook right before you go into second, you still go second while taking the chance. Going second does not interrupt you raking your chance.
