SCOURGE HOOK: Cross Infection
When a survivor is saved from an ordinary hook, the ordinary hook will become a scourge hook (applicable to the skills of other scourge hooks).
When the survivors are rescued from the scourge hook will receive a broken state of (10 / 15 / 20) seconds.
Add up to two additional scourge hooks in a game.
(Hope it can improve the problem that the scourge hook is not around and delay the treatment progress of survivors (don't treat under the hook anymore!))
