Daily/Achievements not working

So last night I survived on Raccoon Police Department AND repaired the main generator, didn't get the generator achievement and earned no progress to escaping Raccoon through the exit gates.
Also just now, I had the Myers challenge to level up Evil Within 4 times and got no progress. Not sure whats going on.

Yeah Michael ritual is literally not working, just did it again and no progress.
