Plague Whispers
For about since I started playing, which was maybe three years ago, Plague has always been very loud with her red power activation. Her whispers are very loud and make it so that it's very hard to hear anything going on with the whispers blaring in my ear.
I'm not calling for them to be removed entirely, but, maybe lowering her whispers volume could help with this issue? By no means does it ruin her or make her worse to play, but i's such a simple fix I feel like it should be addressed.

the whispers are intended to cover up the noises of sick survivors so that they can hide from you while you are capable of wiping out the team.

And almost everyone thinks the whispers are too loud/harsh on the ears - just like Billy's saw.

if as many people thought that as you imply, then i would have heard about this opinion much quicker. as it is, this is the first time i'm hearing about either one.
maybe just turn your game volume down.

If it the first time hearing about it then you haven't been looking or haven't been around very long. It's running joke that they increase the volume of the whispers every major patch.
