PC/STEAM - DOUBLE VAULT SPEED BUG

around 1:30 pm pacific time i was playing as ada wong against wesker on the father campbells chapel map and about half way through the game i noticed i was able to vault windows very fast, at least double speed. i was running adrenaline, blast mine, prove thyself, and well make it. unfortunately i wasn't recording and didn't take any pictures but i have my logs.
also all of my progress bars turned yellow half way through the game as well but i cant tell if i was actually doing stuff faster.
i have no idea what caused this bug or how to reproduce it but i hope this can help fix it.
