What other ways could we use the charms?

I have been thinking of other ways that charms could be used from the survivor's perspective since they really look cool and detailed, but are hard to see when hanging from the survivor's waists.
My suggestion would be to have one (or several) hanging from a random generator, that you would be happy to find during the trial. BHVR could even use this asset for quests such as: "finish repairing the generator decorated with your charm". This could be done in addition to the waist-hanging charms.
I would love to showcase my charms the same way killers do with hooks and put the incredible collection to more use.
