Combine Bloodhound + Deerstalker. Thematically they fit together :)

Hangman trick: no longer scourge hook, now it grants +1 scourge hook in the map and all survivors suffer a 50% speed action penalty to sabotaging hooks.

Blood warden (new version): now it activates when the exit gates are powered, after that, hooking a survivor will block for

Overwhelming presence (new version): survivor items suffer a -50% efficiency penalty. Remove the terror radius requirement.

Beast of prey (new version): after being in a chase for 15s your terror radius and red stain are hidden and all survivors (not the one being chased) within 16m have their aura revealed to you. Deactivates when the chase ends.

Stridor (new version): increases survivors breathing sounds by 100% and footsteps by +50% and grunts of pain by 25%.

Predator (new version): scratchmarks left by survivors outside a 30m radius spawn 50% more spread out and inside it spawn 50% closer together.

Unnerving presence: increase the extra skillcheck triggering chance from 10% to 15% and now it also reduces the great skillcheck zones by 60%.

Distressing: now increases the terror radius by 10m instead of +24%.

Unrelenting: increase the reduction from 30% to 60% and now increases the basic attacks lunge speed 10%.

Play with your food (new version): each time you chase a survivor and let them escape you gain 1 token up to 3, each token grants you 3% Haste (20s cooldown). When you put a survivor in the dying state with a basic or special attack, the perk loses all tokens.

Spies from the shadows: reduce the radius from 36m to 32m and the cooldown from 5s to 3s.

Iron grasp: now also increases the picking-up and dropping survivors speed by 15%.

Coulrophobia (new version): survivors within your terror radius suffer speed penalties, -15% repairing, -30% cleansing, healing and unlocking. The effect lasts for 8s once outside the terror radius.

Forced penance: now survivors also suffer for the duration, -15% speed penalty to all survivor actions.

Hoarder: now also, any time is activated, you gain Undetectable for 15s.

Knock out: now it can also be activated by special attacks. Increase the range within teammates can see the downed survivor aura from 16m to 22m.

Blood echo (new version): when hooking a survivor, all survivors scream, healthy ones suffer exhaustion for 45s and injured ones haemorrhage until they heal. 60s cooldown.

Dark devotion: increase the duration from 30s to 45s.

Hex: Third seal: now killer basic and special attacks also make dissappear the HUD for 45s.

Bitter murmur: increase the duration from the first 4 repaired gens from 5s to 10s.

Huntress lullaby (new version): remove the token system. Starts the match with no skillcheck warning. Reduce the extra penalty from 6% to 3%.

Rancor (new version): each time a gen is repaired all survivors locations (not auras) are revealed for 3s. When the exit gates are powered the next survivor you put into the dying state can be killed. Survivors aren't notified of this perk.

Mad grit: now it also grants +75% hooking speed.

Merciless storm: now it activates at 85% instead of 90%.

Fire up: when a gen is repaired you gain a stack-able 5% action speed bonus to picking-up and dropping survivors, vaulting and kicking pallets/breakable walls/gens. And a stack-able 15% action speed bonus to recovering from missed attacks and hooking survivors.

Ruin: increase the extra regression speed from 100% to 125%.

Deathbound: reduce the range from 32m to 24m, now the affected survivor also suffers the blindness effect.

Grim embrace: now chests and totems are also blocked and you see all survivors locations (not auras) for 3s.

Hex Retribution (new version): no longer a hex. After cleansing or blessing a dull totem, the survivor suffers the Oblivious and Blindness effect for 45s. After cleansing or bleesing a hex totem, all survivors aura are revealed for 10s.

Whispers: reduce the radius from 32m to 28m and now whenever it activates you receive an auditory warning.

Thanatophobia (new version): each ... survivor afflicts survivors with a stack-able 3% action speed penalty up to 12% to repairing and a 6% up to 24% to healing, sabotaging, cleansing and unlocking.

Franklin demise (new version): basic and special attacks make survivors drop their items. When dropped the item loses 35% of his charges.

Dragon's grip: increase the time it stays in gens from 30s to 45s.

Hex: Face the darkness: reduce the time between screams from 25s to 20s.

Opression: reduce the cooldown from 80s to 60s.

Jolt: now it also activates with special attacks. Reduce the radius from 32m to 26m.

Save the best for last: reduce the maximum amount of tokens from 8 to 6 and now hitting the obssesion with a basic or special attacks only makes you lose 1 token.

Insidious (new version): grants Undetectable for 20s at the start of the match and increases Undetectable durations by 6s.

Dying light: remove the obsession +33% altruistic actions speed.

Forced hesitation: reduce the hindered from 20% to 15%, but increase the radius from 16m to 20m and the duration from 10s to 20s.

Game afoot: remove the obsession part of the perk. Increase the duration from 10s to 15s. Now it has a cooldown of 40s.

Hex Undying: now it also makes appear on the map an extra dull totem.

Surveillance: increase repairing noises additional radius from 8m to 12m. Now when survivors touch Surveillance highlighted generators, they trigger a loud noise notification.

    Half of these don't need buffs. Others are overbuffed, but some seem like good ideas. Claustrophobia, Bloodhound, Predator and Coup the Grâce are the ones I wholly agree with... and returning Thanatophobia to the way it used to be.

    Zanshin Tactics could provide a speed increase to breaking walls I guess.

    Really, REALLY like the buff to hangman trick though.

    You lose 1% and all tokens after downing someone but can gain tokens on all survivors it seems. Take it as you will.

    Hangman's Trick needs it's longer sabo time back... not anything more then that

    Franklin's Demise- doesn't need the Special Attack addition... It would seem weird to lose an Item due to: Getting hit by a hatchet, Getting Chain bound, Getting puked on... ETC
