We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
[Steam] Collision Course achievement mistakenly counts for slamming a survivor into an object

I came out of a game where I earned the achievement after slamming David... into a wall, not a survivor.
As you can see here I got the achievement and there's bamboo behind him. Doesn't look like there's any survivor there.
