Unnerving Presence will give a random user a quick but not usable skill check. The skill check area does NOT shrink. You cannot click on it. It will continue through the game even if you are out of range of the killer. There is no way for it to stop.
Very Random so it's hard to reproduce. This user is going to be immediately killed by the killer when they try to heal or repair a gen so turning on a video is difficult after you see the bug.
Random occurrences. Usually the person experiencing it does not know it's a bug or why.
Maybe reporting it will spark some abuse so it can be noticed easier.
