Nintendo Switch - Survivor stuck in wiggle animation on hook, could not unhook

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match
Step 3 : In-game, go to hook survivor that is on hook
Step 4 : Notice the survivor being in wiggle animation on hook
Step 5 : Try to unhook many times but it does not work
This has happened one time so far for me
