We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Here was the perks used
I have no idea what's the cause of this bug so i am just sending this video in so hopefully you can figure it out.
In the vid i thought i had disconnected at first because i couldn't basic attack. But then i went up to a hook and could hook. Survivor that was spectating in the endgame chat said that their wiggle was stuck and they were spamming the great skill checks and they got 2000 points. So yeah for whatever reason they just got stuck.
