why is lethal pursuer in every game?

Luckily keeping distortion at max stacks is trivial vs any killer with a standard terror radius.

Congrats you already Went straight to the crying phase about the most useless perk in the game I'd reward you handsomely But i think I forgot my
most ignorant Medal in home next time say something more ignorant i'll find that medal and put it around your neck myself We really need more people like you To Lead us straight to The game's death Tho truth be told i'd be pretty happy if it dies at this point all of my hopes for this game is abandoned

If it was useless, it wouldn't be spammed every game.
Very much how killers said BBQ was used only for the bloodpoints, yet it is still used quite a bit so that turned out to be false. Aura perks give too much advantage. Same as gen regression perks.
0 -
No one uses BBQ it's one of the most useless perks in the game the only reason people used it Was for blood points
Gen regression is a total waste
At this point There's no Viable perk for killers thanks to Survivor mains

Wow, play survivor then so you can see what having nothing is really like. There is literally nothing to use thanks to killer mains. Absolutely nothing.

Having nothing hmm
You want a weapon? That'll set you up? the only thing left for yall is that the company give you a weapon so you can hit killer and kill the killer eventually
Why don't you Play Killer instead? Play killer for 2 months and ONLY killer Enjoy the very vast amount of features that killers have

Pallets are the only weapon. Even those have been reduced to a very small number and killers can hit through them at the request of killer mains.

I use it because I can get an early hit, leading to an early down into early game pressure, into mid-game pressure into winzzz.
Okay, maybe not the last part. but I get 2 extra seconds Aura reading :D

It's a fix to problem as old as the game itself. Spawns were always an issue the killer had to deal with. Most killers just can't afford to run across the map only to find that there are no survivors there. Often enough you spawn in the middle and can only guess. That's probably why they introduced this perk and then buffed it. When it came out few people ran it and argued (rightfully so) that they shouldn't have to give up a perk slot just so they don't lose the game immediately. With the buffed version it has actually good synergy with other aura reading perks and therefore is often used.

All killer powers and perks should be merged.Reference SRBFKs it explains everything.

Infinite loop and 7 pallets Put in the best locations of the game
I can really feel the small number and oh killers can hit survivors THROUGH the pallet And survivors never manage to hit killers with pallet it's just killers being able to hit them 24/7 yea pallets are really useless tbh sad tho Let's just go ask bhvr to give us more pallet or buff pallet that we can carry it around? How about that? brilliant isn't it?
I'm just gonna ignore the fact that you never actually played killer in dbd and move on

The spawns are low-key bad. I like fixing them by running the perk. You will never convince me it does not change the spawns. I know for a fact survivors spawn near me when I do not run it, and I run it religiously and they have literally NEVER spawned anyone near me while lethal is up. I already know their secrets and I will not let that type of rng screw my early game. Hell nah.

Because Wesker is in every game. It all started after new chapter release for some reason.

Personally, I don't like to run slowdown heavy builds and always knowing where to find the next survivor / where survivors are at and thus where to pressure gives you the time you would otherwise get from slowdowns or being a default back to hook Andy (which I also dislike doing). It allows for an overall faster pace of matches, imo. And I like that. Lethal alone isn't quite enough, true, but pair it with any other aura perk and you're set. I still like the combo with BBQ cause when you hook someone is usually the time you need a new target. I tend to be busy elsewhere when Murmur or Floods triggers and All Ears is more of a chase perk. On Huntress and Trickster Darkness Revealed is a nice one as well. - Undying can also be fun but it usually doesn't last the whole match.
A go to build for me is Lethal+BBQ, Jolt/Eruption, and then some perk I feel like. Sometimes No Way Out, sometimes a silly thing like Thrill of the Hunt or Hysteria, Fearmonger is a nice one too, Hoarder to surprise those chest goblins or a classic like Agi.

I mean, does it matter? Getting found means nothing as a Survivor, just loop.

Ironically enough, I do run Lethal with Spirit. I don't know why, but it just feels right with Surveillance

This post has made me give Distortion a shot.
4 games in and I'm loving it, it may actually have a place in my go-to kit right next to windows. Just had a match with someone who had 3 aura read perks, and I denied every single one of them. Even in the game with zero aura reads it told me so much, 'They don't have BBQ. Okay there's no nurses. No I'm all ears.' etc.
2 -
What about aura reading add ons? I feel like everyone forgets about those. You can run 3 slowdown perks and pursuer with one or even 2 aura reading add ons on certain killers. (Dredge is a good one). Even one can be deadly paired with sloppy butcher puruer and 2 slowdown perks.

Okay this is an issue. Lethal needs to stop at 10 seconds because of this alone tbh.

I think you're correct. I have spawned in close to a Killer on multiple occasions and have caught survivors close to me when playing Killer but only when I didn't equip Lethal Pursuer.
I have to have played dozens, if not over a hundred games, with Lethal Pursuer over approximately the last year and I've never seen a survivor spawn close to me as Killer.
For that matter, part of the reason why I normally only two hook survivors and let them go when a survivor plays blood party streamers is because the first time I played streamers as a survivor I turned a corner and literally walked into the Killer who proceeded to down me and facecamp me in the first 30 seconds or so of a game.
But a survivor spawning near me when I have Lethal Pursuer up? Never seen it happen.

Never used it, never plan to. Finding survivors early is pretty easy and takes as much time as LP lasts. Much more productive to use discordance or Chilli if auras are your thing.

Lethal is easily one of the best Killer perks right now. It eliminates the early game and shoves the Killer right into a chase. If you’re not running Lethal, you’re doing it wrong (on most Killers anyway).
Oh, and as for Distortion, it doesn’t do much when none of your teammates have it and you spawn next to them. And if the Killer doesn’t have any aura perks, then you’ve completely wasted a perk slot. Fun.

such a joke of a post. do you even know what it does? have you ever used the perk? have you ever played killer?

I use Distortion in every single Survivor build that I am playing, and I don't know where you get your info from but I only see Lethal Persuer usually once ever like 20 matches or so, it is extremely rare.. honestly, I've only been seeing BBQ once every 10 matches or so even...
I am getting such little use out of Distortion that I'm starting to consider taking it out of my builds, it's great against Aura Reading killers but from my experience very recently almost NO killers are bringing Aura Reading anymore.
Floods of Rage is the most common Aura Reading perk that I have seen them using, that's usually the only time my Distortion has been getting a proc.

That means there not running there strongest addons which is also a good thing.

Crazy. I run aura builds every game or at least one or 2 perks. So useful in a pinch

I was surprised too, I really wish that I could be getting more use out of my Distortion lol.
To be fair, I'm a Killer main and now that I think about it, I don't really use Aura reading perks on most of my Killers... the thing is, I generally know where Survivors spawn even w/o lethal pursuer (apparently so much so that survivors keep accusing me of "esp hacks" which I had to look up what it was, essentially they keep thinking I have aura reading wall hacks) but I rarely find myself looking for Survivors in a match.
I usually either use Gen Regression Perks or Perks that help me End Chases faster, like STBFL or Bamboozle, things like that..
I think once you play enough Killer matches in your life, you'll start to just know things , like where Survivors spawn, what gen they are probably working on, where they are probably hiding or running to, when they'll go for the unhook, etc... you have to play Survivor as well to understand these things better actually, which is the nice thing about DBD - you gotta play both sides to really play the most efficiently and understand your opponents, but with experience comes knowledge.
I honestly don't even really consider myself any special or good in any way btw, this isn't meant to be a brag, I genuinely think it just comes down to game knowledge and experience, anyone can have it with enough time spent on the game lol.
So yeah, perhaps the Killers that I am facing are more similar to myself, as in they don't need Aura Reading perks to find where we Survivors are located, which is probably accurate because they seem to find me no problem EVEN with distortion and them not bringing anything to proc it lol

distortion is legitimately one of the best information perks because it is not only information, it is also information deprivation. and it has earned a permanent slot in my loadout.
you deny the killer their info perks and addons, while simultaneously discovering exactly what info perks and addons they're using. in a swf, distortion is devastatingly powerful, and in solo, it's saved my ass more than i could ever count.
this thread is a distortion propaganda thread now.
