Surrender Mechanic.

Simple. Adding a surrender mechanic for in 2 man standing situations. Killers like to 4k and so they'll leave one on the ground to look for the other, this leads to an incredibly boring and long end game where the last one is hiding and you're being bled out on the floor. The surrender mechanic will allow the survivor being bled out on the floor to surrender to the entity after 20 seconds, you can recycle that cool end game collapse kill animation for it.

Yeah, but then us killers will have to fight with the surv for hatch and that's no fun.

Bleed out timer could be converted into a hatch timer. Maybe they could even give credit to killers for any hook states they may have missed out on because of it.
