Pinhead's Lament Configuration UI bug

when a survivor picks up a lament configuration that survivors gets a special ui icon on their character portrait that indicates they picked it up
when you start to solve the lament configuration the ui element is supposed to start spinning indicating they're solving it, it no longer does that on 6.2.1 which is a bug
