We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
RPD Unreachable Hook

There is a possible hook spawn next to the horse statue (where you can drop down into a waiting room) on the RPD East Wing map and - if the killer bodyblocks the door in front of the hook - nobody can ever unhook and the survivor just dies.
That’s probably not a bug but flawed map design and needs a fix asap.
