We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Wesker adept achiement not working

So I used wesker 3 unique perks to get his adept done and achieved merciless killer sacrificing all survivors to entity. But achiement didn't show up on xbox series S. I restarted my console to see if that would help but nothing happened so I tried again and after few matches I got merciless killer again but no achiement again.
I definetely had right perks.
