Killer vs Looping and GenRush

Please dear Community... I hate God-Loopers and Gen-Rusher...

My Questions:

1.) Which Killer all of them is good for cut looping or/and gen-rush? Artist, Wesker, Legion, Ghostface, Onriō (i have more killers, but thats the only ones i can play with, if the Survivors are not rushing or god-looping).

2.) Which Talents are the bests against god-loopers or/and gen-rusher?

I hate players like that and I really don't want to stop playing Deadbydaylight because of some Sweaters.

Yes, i can handle a bit with loops and a bit gen-rush. But i dont want everytime to waste my time or fail at chase the Looper or Gen-Rusher.

    Well among listed I'd say Artist and Wesker seem good. We all know Nurse is the true mvp, but she isnt listed here.

    Among perks, I'd say anything that has to do with slowdown. Corrupt Intervention for example blocks gens furthest away from you. Artist can snipe other gens with her crows so you can get fast info where these guys are. She can destroy loops because she can set her crows to hit someone if they go somewhere, effectivelly pushing the survivor away from a loop or jungle gym.

    Granted this is all me saying what I saw from smarter people like Otz. My personal experience is Legion and Ghostface among those. But they're not good for genrushers. They arent as oppressive as Artist and Wesker are. Meanwhile poor Onryo is considered weak and she cant pressure such genrushers and god loopers well. You can look at that again on Otz video where he had the number 1 Onryo against some strong survivors.
