Please rework Self-Care or remove it
I was playing a match as a Survivor and I was dying on hook while a Ada was wasting so much time using Self-Care.
I myself only bring Circle of Healing now, because even after the nerf to 50% Healing speed it's still better than Self-Care being at 35%
I know it's not easy to balance the perks and make them all viable but I think it's important to at least let new players know which perks are better, like release perk guides on the official site or in the game, because new players will not look up the best perks that can help them win matches.
I think it's also important to share my own ideas for a perk rework instead of just complaining. So I would suggest that Self-Care speeds increases depending on how much you've healed other teammates, By default it would be 30% and each full health state healed on another teammate gives Self-Care a token of 25% for up to 2 tokens, 1 token is consumed each time Self-Care heals one health state.
I was thinking of Self-Care steadily increasing healing speed while in the killer's terror radius but that would be countered by Nurse Calling or Coulrophobia, also I think it would be best if the perk encourages Altruism and team play.
I just think Self-Care is in a really bad state right now and it kinda irritates me when I see my teammates use Self-Care in a corner of the map (I use Bond so I see everything my teammates are doing) while I'm in second stage and struggling on a Hook, so please BEhaviour, rework Self-Care or disable it.

SC is still kinda ok if you bring botany with it. But that's 2 perk slots so... Medkits boon or inner are very viable alternatives

I've seen matches where the survivors healed the totem of the one hanging on the hook and they didn't save him for the same reason as your Ada
