Any Means Necessary (BUFF Idea)
You see the Auras of dropped Pallets
Press and hold the Active Ability button for 4 seconds while standing beside a dropped Pallet to reset it to its upright position.
Any Means Necessary has a cool-down of 60 seconds.
After using the ability, you unlock its second option available once per game.
Once per game, press and hold the active ability button on a destroyed palette to rebuild it.

Dude, you crazy! What prevents 4 survivors from restoring god pallets?

Unlikely to happen.

I’m not sure Any Means Necessary needs a buff, but if it does then a simple one is reduce its cooldown from 60 seconds. Clearly the perk is more powerful the lower that cooldown is.

The CD is already at 60 seconds in T3 it seems to me.

I rather not have to deal with the shack pallet or the stair god pallets (Midwich + RPD) five times, thanks. Or more than once.

Not a good idea tbh, since you could rebuild god pallets and I think that could cause big issues, I myself don't want to deal with the RPD stairs pallet or the shack pallet 2 or more times in a row.
What should be done is to decrease the cooldown of AMN even more. 40/35/30 seconds should be alright.

they should just reduce the cooldown again tbh so it becomes an actual threat if the killer just rather not to break pallets.
your idea is good if we actually had balanced maps but when you spawn on a map like cowshed or the game or the million other busted maps you don't need to deal with pallets respawning as well.

It would just need the restriction that pallets can only be rebuild once.
I for myself would maybe put this on another perk which can also interact with breakable walls

Nah, we don't need rebuilt god pallets. Any Means Necessary is fair enough in its current state - either the killer destroys pallets instantly, which risks their current chase, or the pallet may come back. I wouldn't want to see a lose-lose situation where the killer destroys the pallet and the pallet comes back anyway - this would be most painful at high-level gameplay, which is already pretty damn painful.
