Lost progress - Nurse missing perks

My nurse is Prestige 9, level 50. I haven't spent BP on her since the prestige rework, or really paid much attention to her.
My lvl50 bloodweb contains perks that I am 100% certain that I had and used in the past - in particular, Spies from the Shadows was a perk I used to get to Red 1 for the first time in the old rank system. Double checking, these perks are 100% missing from the killer now.
It won't take more than a day or two to grind them all back due to the new prestige system, but damn it feels kinda cheap to just lose progress.
