Wesking question: Bounding over pallets

If you use your first bound to jump over a pallet, does your second bound get cancelled? So far I haven't been able to jump over a pallet and then bound again.

Correct. If you have 2 tokens and bound over a pallet/vault with your first, you cannot bound again and will be put into cooldown - this is intentional and for balance reasons.
