Bad ping because of long geolocational distance

I play this game for a long time now and live in Central Europe. I got killers from Russia a lot of times which is a bit frustrating because their ping is ridiculous, also they can get similar bad matches as me of course. Usually invalid hits meters away from windows, Wesker grabs when you stand next to him and he is looking in another direction and similar issues. Also now the lobby does not show the ping indicator so I don't have a chance to dodge these games. I would like to ask the developers to give Russia their own region so me and them also, we don't have to suffer from bad ping.
