PS4 - The Legion Stuck in Permanent Frenzy, Cannot Down Survivor

Description of Issue:

  1. From the survivor's perspective, The Legion is in a frenzy power animation and can't seem to down me no matter how many times I am hit. From the killer's perspective, the power is not being used.
  2. Hitting healthy to injured does not apply deep wounds, and hitting with deep wounds does not end the power. It seems to be a mix between a visual bug and a mechanical bug.
  3. Getting picked up seemed to fix the bug.

Additional Information:

  1. I was playing Jake. Ace was the last hit (put into the dying state). Kate got a blind on The Legion before coming to me.
  2. Yamaoka Estate - Family Residence
  3. I have encountered the bug twice this update.
  4. Since the bug was not shown from the killer's perspective, they say they have filed a report against me for cheating. But you can clearly see the issue happens sometime before the Legion reaches me.

P.S. To explain my gameplay choices in the clip to counter the cheating report: At first I believe they are in frenzy so I am expecting them to cancel their power and then I'll unhook in that time to prevent a frenzy chain onto Ace and Kate. However the second hit happens so I unhook because I don't know what's going on yet (I didn't realize the first hit didn't put me into deep wounds). And then I chase normally because I wonder if it is a visual bug of some kind/not knowing when the frenzy would end and what would down me (I thought it might be an add-on that depletes the deep wounds bar or something). Then I realize there is clearly a bug and I just keep mending cause it's funny/don't know what to possibly do to fix it. I drop my medkit to indicate to the legion that I realize they are bugged and then I let my mend timer deplete to see if picking me up fixes the bug. Once I am hooked, the Legion's animation and effects go back to normal.

    UPDATE: the bug may be replicable, as I blinded The Legion and, unintentionally, the bug seems to occur again, as seen in the following linked clip: https://youtu.be/2Z9W858aULk
