Okay, so Legion is a weak killer, and we all know it. But what I haven’t seen previously is how easy he is to bully.
Specifically, survivors coming off his shoulder via flashlight saves, pallet hits, and sabo teams.
Now, Legion isn’t any easier to stun or flashlight than any other killer, but he is the only killer who cannot 1-hit down the escaped survivor and pick them back up. As the dev’s pointed out in the last stream, it doesn’t matter if you heal against Legion or not: a Deep Wound strike does the same thing, and he’s too slow and easy to loop without using Frenzy.
Essencially, any shoulder save puts the survivor back to a 3 or 4 hit down, depending on add-ons, where as every other killer has a 1-hit down to put them back on the floor. This makes doing a flashlight save, hitting him with a pallet, or sabo’ing the hooks 300-400% more effective than against any other killer.
As for “fun to play, and play against,” the toxic survivors may get a huge kick out of bullying the killer this hard, but it’s far from “fun to play.”

Just finished this match. Killer was Legion and he got abused heavily during the match. Nobody took him seriously. This is the kind of frustration players are experiencing playing him:

If you are good as Legion you do well, if you are not good with Legion you get trolled, and bullied. I think they should have just moved The Legion into Hard difficulty, since it seems to be people are either having a lot of success, or they are just doing horribly as them.
