The Finishing Mori System is a Mess...

I'm not trying to be rude, but it feels like this idea is being shoehorned in and it really just doesn't fit.

There are so many perks that are getting changed for the worse. Why even remove the mori animations from Rancor and Devour? Knockout on the killer side and Unbreakable on the survivor side are now both unfairly strong. And No Mither should now be renamed to No Purpose.

There are also so many situations where it's unfair. I already touched on Knockout. Also consider this example: if 3 survivors are slugged, and would be able to crawl out of an open gate because the killer won't have time to hook them, but the last survivor gets forced out the gate, all of those other 3 survivors now get unfairly sacrificed....

It also denies killers the option to grant mercy on survivors by giving them the hatch, the removal of which is just no fun. Another fun thing you can't really do are slug races...

And finally it promotes tunneling and camping because getting a survivor out of the game ASAP and then slugging the other 3 is now an easy way to win.

I guess what I really don't understand here is, why not just make Cyprus Moris basekit and call it a day, rather than going through all these awful gameplay changes that nobody asked for and most don't want?

The 'automaticness' is a problem, the behavior it promotes is a problem, the base gameplay changes are a problem, and the perk changes are a problem. If you can address all of this before pushing it to live, then be my guest, but it feels like this desperately needs to go back to the drawing board or get scrapped altogether. I appreciate the work that went into it but it really feels like it just doesn't mesh with the game...
