Poised Buff

Achieving goals boosts your confidence.

After a Generator is completed, you will not leave any Scratch Marks and grants a 7% haste status effect for the next 6/8/10 seconds.

(Ridiculous idea: The duration of this effect was doubled if all generators are completed and the exit gates were powered.)

The 7% haste effect duration should be put with Hope. The usefulness of poised is too situational. The duration should be increased outside a Chase. Also needs to silence footsteps.

The speed boost is only interesting in case of a chase. The perk makes very little sense now, because you are most of the time not working on generator if killer is nearby (on rare occasions when you finish the gen right to the killer's face, this would be valueable - but that happens so rarely, that the perk gives you value at most 1x per match and even the effect is not that strong - even compared to nerfed DS). Outside of chase 7% speed boost is so negligible, that it makes no sense (it at most speeds up required movement time to next generator by 0.7s even with this buff).

Anyway, the current effect of scratchmarks can be slightly valueable in low elo where survivors are hiding from killers from the first moment they hear some terror radius.

To sum up - even buffed version makes very little sense to be equipped even in avarage MMR range. I don't think that there is anything more that can be added to this perk to make it worth using. The perk will always remain dead or the numbers would need to be buffed to something crazy (like most of survivor perks).
