Huntress has 2 wind-up time addons, but how is the total wind-up time calculated while using one or both of these addons?

For example,

for manna grass braid, is the wind-up time calculated like 1.25/ (1 + 0.2)= 1.0416 seconds ?

or is it more simply 1.25 - 1.25 * 0.2 = 1.
