The flashlight cooldown change suggestion disrupts normal gameplay
The suggested flashlight changes detriment skilled flashlight users readjusting their timing by re-clicking quickly.
While epileptic users certainly deserve to not suffer from flashlights, perhaps there could be options that lessen the effects instead, as having a change for a small part of the playerbase that affect everyone isn't ideal.
I have a suggestion that doesn't fully satisfy this need, but perhaps is a fine compromise for both sides of the playerbase:
You can rapidly switch the flashlight on and off three times before a cooldown starts to take place. This cooldown scales from 0.1 to 1.2+ seconds and dampens over a minute. Completely resets after a flashlight save or when the killer picks up a survivor.
You could even add a silly new effect. "Fingerburn". Working similar to exhaustion, but for clicking the flashlight too fast.
That's all.

I still think there should be an option to make the Flashlight beam itself invisible to yourself. This would keep flashlights untouched gameplay wise and probably do a better job at preventing flashlights from triggering photosensitivity

some people get headaches because of the sound they make when using the mousewheel macro. This can also make you overhear important noises, so I'm kinda glad the macro flashlight is gone.
