Are lobbies easier/harder as certain survivors based on playtime and/or wins and losses?

I came back to the game after a long hiatus yesterday and I've been using Dwight as my main, but I haven't won a single game as him. However at one point I switched to Kate Denson for old archive challenges and all 3 games in a row I played as her seemed to have players on the killer side that were completely new to the game and I won every match. Keep in mind I pretty much never used Kate before this and I wasn't using anything other than the Windows of Opportunity perk at level 1 the first match and only on the third match did I equip a level 1 Boil Over perk as well. Meanwhile with Dwight I've been using maxed out perks consisting of Sprint Burst, Circle of Healing, Prove Thyself, and Kindred. I played Dwight a lot before coming back and as previously stated only just started using Kate so is SBMM affected by playtime and/or the win/loss ratio for a character?

tl;dr: I'm losing every match as Dwight and used to play him a lot, but I'm winning every match as Kate and I haven't played as her once. Is SBMM different based on survivor playtime and/or their win/loss ratio?

Unless they've changed it and not mentioned it, it is not - survivors share their SBMM regardless, it's just killers that have their own separate matchmaking rating. From their recap a while back:

Thank you, I knew about the killer SBMM difference, and I had high doubts that they'd do it for survivors too seeing as how once all perks are unlocked across all survivors, it's basically about cosmetics at that point. Still, it was just so weird to me. Maybe the matches I played as Kate happened during a time when most sweats were offline? Either way thanks again for clearing that up.
