Does Doctor's restraint add-ons stop revealing survivor auras once tier 3 madness is reached?

I wanna know if survivor auras still get shown when shocking even after reaching tier 3 madness

It does not.

No, Madness has to tier up in order for Restraint's active effect to proc.
