Example

Step 1 : Play as survivor

Step 2 : get chased by spirit on the Yamaoka map that has the pyramid-like shrine in the middle

Step 3 : get to and drop pallet

Step 4 : tried to vault the pallet but ended up on top of the rock somehow

The rock in question was one of those funky rock pair with the pallet in the middle that when taken altogether would kind of be an L shape with a but of a heel on the back of the L. I intended to vault the pallet but in running while looking back instead of the vault prompt I just started going higher, looked down and realized I was on top of the rock. I came back down because I was unreachable on the rock and I am sure that even if I would be downed I could have not been picked up. Unfortunately coming down meant dieing and I should have gotten a few more loops out of this or the pallet break but no other way to resolve the issue. Unfortunately no video this time.
